The third generation ProSpray piston pumps from Wâgner are suitable for a wide range of applications from lacquers and emulsions right up to highly viscous materials for use indoors, outdoors, small and large construction sites.

Digi-Trac-Control (Control, Information & Checking) – With the digital display you can set spray pressures and read out consumption figures, run times and much more. The intelligent dead band control, slow motion function and frequent clean, guarantee trouble-free work and quick cleaning.

The innovative brushless DC motor requires no maintenance – Thanks to its compact dimensions it is light in weight. Due to the improved performance, the motor works even more efficiently at low and also at high speeds. The continuous paint pressure measurement controls the motor speed automatically, thus ensuring a constant material pressure.

Maintenance Made Easy – The new practical, self-adjusting packings lead to less wear and are easy to change. They have a service life up to 50% longer than the current packings which means significantly lower maintenance costs. The high pressure filter is easily accessible and quick to clean. The additional filtering protects against time-consuming paint blockages. Three different filter inserts (fine, medium, coarse) ensure an optimal match with the material. Maintenance is made easy with the push of a button, the piston is oiled and thus the packings are conserved. The “EasyGlide” machine oil can be refilled easily. It forms a protective film around cylinder and piston and protects the unit against premature wear.
